Customer Service/ Call Center Specialist

Candidates will be dynamic, detail oriented self-starters who understand what an opportunity with a growing business entails. Professionals with a “whatever it takes” mentality, excellent organizational, administrative and time management skills are encouraged to apply. We are seeking a team player with proven experience to provide exceptional customer service to our valued accounts and potential customers, primarily through a call center environment providing support, monitoring and managing customer’s incoming data and needs. The ideal applicant will have a personality capable of developing and maintaining relationships, a solid understanding of CRM implementation and management and a working knowledge of office software/equipment including Access, Word, Outlook and Excel. Computer and peripheral technical support experience is helpful. A background in real estate, closings or settlement agency/title related business with any user level knowledge of closing software including TSS, SoftPro, RamQuest, LandTech or AIM is a key accompaniment.
