In 2012, several reQuire Team members met to discuss the values, unique qualities, and other defining characteristics that represent the culture at reQuire. While portions of the group exercise reflected on the first decade of reQuire’s existence, the focus and purpose of the meeting was the company’s future. One thing that was noticed and applauded throughout the meeting is that we work with a great group of people - inspired people who have come together for a common purpose. By the end of the day, Team reQuire was celebrating the creation of a vision statement that represents what we are building, and sets a direction for the future of our company: Building Trust through Inspired People and Innovative Solutions.
